Michael Dominick
Michael is a fully bilingual attorney, natively proficient in English and Spanish, licensed to practice law in both Mexico and the State of Texas. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, he has had the invaluable experience of living, studying, and working in Mexico, the United States, and Spain throughout different points of his life. This diverse upbringing has given Michael a unique perspective and a deep understanding of different cultures and legal systems.
Michael earned his Bachelor’s in Law and Political Science (JD equivalent) from the renowned Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (Tecnológico de Monterrey/ITESM) in 2016. During his studies, he was selected to participate in an honor-level program titled “Forming the Global Attorney” at the prestigious European law firm, Garrigues, in Madrid.
While in Mexico, Michael clerked during law school at various firms, handling cases in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law, and Civil/Familial disputes. He then moved to the United States and obtained his Master of Law Degree (LL.M.) from St. Mary’s University School of Law and his license to practice in Texas in 2021.
After becoming licensed, Michael joined a small law firm in San Antonio, Texas, where he worked on cases involving Personal Injury, Probate, Real Estate, and Criminal Defense. This role provided him with a broad spectrum of legal knowledge and first-hand courtroom experience.
Subsequently, Michael worked at a boutique Family Law firm focused primarily on family law litigation and probate matters.
Michael offers his clients a blend of broad experience and meticulous attention to detail. He adopts a “negotiate first, but gloves-on if needed” approach, ensuring that his clients’ needs and interests are met in the most efficient manner possible. His confident and assertive demeanor, combined with his comprehensive legal and cultural knowledge, makes him a formidable advocate for his clients.
Outside of his legal practice, Michael enjoys staying active, socializing with friends, gaming, reading, exploring coffee and car-related interests, and traveling the world with his family.
