I am a San Antonio Divorce lawyer who specializes in divorce and family law matters. I understand how incredibly traumatic the divorce experience can be. Change is difficult. I strive to timely resolve your case in as prompt and efficient and best manner as possible. I’ll work persistently to ensure that the delays of our opposition, intentional or not, do not stagnate your legal process. I will work in your best interest to efficiently complete your divorce in the best possible manner.
If you need a high caliber lawyer with a thorough understanding of divorce law, and you want a man of integrity, proud of his reputation and the respect of both judges and fellow lawyers, then I am eager to assist you.
I am confident of my professional capability, but I am not one who is pompous or aloof, like those who return calls “later in the week.” In fact, I may be the most accessible Family Law attorney in San Antonio. My divorce clients have my office number, my mobile number, and even my home phone number. When I’m not available, my calls are usually returned the same day. (“Same day return calls” is the best policy for a lawyer in divorce cases.)
I handle all types of divorces the best way possible, from the simple uncontested divorce to the most complex divorce. I will aggressively represent your best interests to obtain any and all relief. My practice is predominantly in the city of San Antonio, but I am often called on divorce cases to Kendall, Comal, Kerr, Guadalupe, and other surrounding counties.
I can quickly and accurately assess your divorce, child custody or other case and present you with informed options and clear insight upon which you can base an educated decision. Once you clearly understand your best position, you’ll be able to decide how best to handle your case and you’ll know what to expect.
Premarital Agreements – I enjoy working with clients to prepare comprehensive Premarital and Post Marital Agreements and believe that Prenuptial agreements can be fair to all concerned. Premarital
Agreements often strengthen relationships between married couples. I enjoy consulting with clients to determine if a premarital agreement is right for you.
Collaborative law is an alternative that all divorcing couples should consider. Collaborative law allows couples to rationally take control of their divorce process.
